Patient Opinion in use

There are different ways of giving and receiving feedback in the NHS. More traditional methods include paper based surveys and questionnaires, opportunistic methods such as PALs or LINks and innovative methods, such as websites. Patient Opinion is one such example of an innovative independent non-profit feedback platform; it was created in 2005 and can be used by patients and carers to give feedback about their experience (in the form of a story) of using a healthcare service.
